Daimer® Chewing Gum Removal Equipment
for Outdoors and Indoors
Cleaning professionals can generate extra revenue using gum removal systems in Daimer Industries®' line of steam cleaners with GUM EXTERMINATOR® chewing gum removal technology. Daimer Industries® is a leading worldwide supplier and exporter of cleaning systems and green chemicals with a vast array of machines capable of removing chewing gum. The equipment can be used in a variety of applications, including steam cleaning a host of different surfaces, removing chewing gum, and eliminating bacteria.
In tests, the machines eliminated 1000s of pieces of gum in a day. As a result, cleaning professionals can make fast work of messy gum and earn income in addition to what they earn year-round using these machines for standard steam cleaning jobs like tile and grout cleaning.
Daimer® offers a variety commercial-grade chewing gum removal machines: the Gum Exterminator® Mega 1000 (CVG and CVGP) the Supreme 3000 (CVG and CVGP), the Ultra 5000 (CVG and CVGP), and corresponding 50 Hz configurations of each model. In addition, customers who already own Daimer® systems can buy gum removing add-on kits.
Gum Removal Equipment with Steam Cleaning
Daimer®'s gum removal machines are based on the company's proven steam cleaner technology that includes unique engineering. For example, a removable heating element technology means customers can have a low-cost component replaced instead of a costly boiler, in the rare occurrence of a boiler problem.
In addition, the machines include continuous refill for extended periods of non-stop cleaning. The chewing gum removing machines also include wet/dry vacuums offering 2200 mm of water column lift for maximum suction power.
The CVGP models also offer the company's certified, ionic ATIS® germ killing technology that eliminated more than 99 percent of the harmful microbes in laboratory tests. The Mega 1000 CVGP and Ultra 5000 CVGP sport HEPA filtration to remove allergens.
The GUM EXTERMINATOR® gum removal technology is also a Daimer® exclusive. These steam cleaners feature special chewing gum removal components: a steam vacuum-powered squeegee, a stainless steel brush, and a custom-engineered gum dissolving chemical concentrate formulation.
Importance of Gum Extraction
In addition to the advanced technologies and high steam temperatures that comprise Gum Exterminator® gum remover systems, simultaneous vacuum extraction is key. Other systems may be able to soften gum residues, but they are not removed completely. Wiping the residues can create even bigger stains. Thus, simultaneous vacuum extraction is imperative when selecting steam cleaners for removing chewing gum. Gum residues and stains will be extracted and removed completely at a rapid rate.
